We promote, and distribute brake related products B2B, and B2C in both traditional retail and eCommerce platforms. Then we are looking for you! In this role you will be tasked with warehouse management, outbound shipping, online research, content creation, data entry, and inventory management tasks. You will be working in a mostly unsupervised environment. We will train all external skills required for this position. Primary responsibilities: - Warehousing management - Outbound shipping Secondary responsibilities: - Work on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. - Create online content - Assist in other daily office management tasks as needed. Qualifications: - 2 + years providing administrative support is preferred. - Team player with a positive/easy-going demeanor to handle varied personalities, responsibilities, and assignments. - Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize requirements accordingly. - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. - Handling inbound/outbound telephone communications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office – with an emphasis on Excel Bonus Skills: - Proficient in QuickBooks - Proficient in Photoshop - Proficient in photography - Proficient in videography Physical Requirements: Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting and work with and around a variety of equipment, parts, and inventory. This position requires the employee to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.
