Position Summary: Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager: responsible for direct communication with customers. Assigning tasks to crew members, assuring crews have all necessary tools and materials to complete jobs successfully. Maintaining accurate records, bidding all areas of landscape maintenance and special services and coordinating with clients. You must have thorough knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation and basic installations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices • Understanding of irrigation operation and maintenance • Plant identification • Understanding of pruning practices • Understanding of turf management • Customer service skills • Ability to work well with others • Ability to manage multiple crews • Cost effective decision making • Able to meet deadlines Experience and requirements: • 3+ years of documented experience in commercial landscape maintenance account management • Valid driver's license with clear record and able to pass health screening • LCB License preferred but not required Essential Functions: • Communicate with customers in a timely manner • Manage and track all request from customers • Assign daily tasks to crew members • Oversee all areas of landscape maintenance on assigned accounts • Complete work orders and change orders • Maintain accurate record of labor, equipment, and materials • Estimate labor, equipment and material on new and existing accounts • Properly manage projects including staff, equipment and materials • Cooperate with administrative support • Assure that personnel adhere to all company policies • Establish, maintain and promote safe working practices • Proper operation and care of company tools and equipment • Regular attendance No response to unqualified applicants.
