Looking for someone to cut a tree stump LOWER than I just had done. I will dig around it so someone with a chain saw can come in and cut it BELOW grass line. Its a quick job as I will have it ready 4 u to just cut across it. U can come and see it first or not. Should be in Torrington area. ONLY about a $50 job
