It was about 20 an hour to rent, and about 100 a night to throw a little show/gathering. It was nothing special just a room with a janky stage and a small kitchen, that looked like it could have been an auto repair shop at one time. She has relatively long hair and the previous owner advertised her as a "fluffy" English mastiff.
