We are looking for a dedicated lawn care specialist to join our team here at Steve And Steven's Lawn Care. The lawn care specialist's responsibilities include maintaining the yards of residential and commercial clients, mowing lawns, laying sod, pressure washing assistance, and ensuring that green spaces look beautiful. To be successful as a lawn care specialist, you should be be able to work well in a team or on your own. Ultimately, a top-notch lawn care specialist is hard working, reliable, has attention to detail & is knowledgeable. We are looking for a Part-Time to Full - Time employee. Someone who is interested in growing with the company. We will start at 24-32 hours and work up to full 40 hours a week. This role has the potential to turn into a lead role paying $18-$20 per hour. We pay based on 8 hr of work at $144 - $160 per day rate. Payday is Friday’s. If you finish earlier you get full day pay. Must maintain quality work. Lawn Care Specialist Responsibilities: Maintaining flower beds. Mowing grass. Edging / weed whacking grass Blowing off a property clean Trimming hedges and trees. Performing routine checkups on clients' yards. Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas. Lawn Care Specialist Requirements: A high school diploma or GED. A degree in landscaping, construction or related field may be advantageous. Experience 2+ years in lawn care and maintenance. Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools. Able to handle Florida Heat Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina. Attention to individual and team safety. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour or $112/day starting first 30 up to 90 days. Then $15 per hour. If becomes a Lead then $16-$20 DOE.
