HELP! I need a cat-lover to help with ferals...

Hi, my former roommate was feeding a couple of feral cats and they're breeding. I didn't have the heart not to feed them but now the babies are having babies. It's getting out of control. I need help trapping them and having them spayed and neutered. I work seven days a week, operating my own pool cage rescreen business and hardly have time for anything so, I really need help from a true cat-lover. I want the best for the cats and it's not good for them or the environment to have so many of them breeding, besides the fact that I'm spending too much on cat food. Something needs to be done. thank you in advance for any offers of help and if anyone has a criticism, just save it, I don't have time and am doing what I think is right. thanks again
