(808)877-5556 Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Location Kihei, Maui Pay $17 to $18 an hour Responsibilities Maintain the property in a clean, appealing and safe condition. Repair appliances. Troubleshoot maintenance issues. Coordinate with and provide support to the Property Manager and all maintenance personnel. Complete maintenance projects on property. Enforce property rules and guidelines. Attend monthly safety meetings. Qualifications Basic knowledge of maintenance and willingness to learn. Electrical knowledge preferred but not required.
