Our neighbors have a dog that has gotten into their cow pasture. He is 40-60 lbs, black, with a collar. Looks like a german shepherd or similar. The dog is quite skittish, although they are feeding him /her and giving him / her water.
The approximate location is Hale Pule Loop and Hale Kula.
