Work day starts at 7:30 a.m. Responsibilities Include: Heavy lifting Must have experience driving a large passenger truck towing small trailer Navigate using GPS directions, familiarity with Lake, Sumter & Marion Counties a plus! General grounds & building maintenance (mowing, weed-eating, trimming, leaf blowing, experience with lawn maintenance equipment needed.) Occasionally asked to perform janitorial duties such as, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, changing ac filters etc. in our buildings Reading packing list to pull correct inventory items for delivery Using forklift to move inventory Moving and delivery of hot tubs (team lifts up to 1,100 lbs) Installation of accessories using hand tools, measuring tape, all tools required for this job are provided to you at no cost. Keep spa inventory clean and free of debris Customer service, instructing new spa owners how to use and maintain their spa Filling out service orders upon completion Collecting payment for services Communicating with team members Maintain company vehicle (check fluids, air pressure, wash & vacuum) Able to read/speak English and comprehend both written and verbal instructions Qualifications and Skills **CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED!**(This is NOT a CDL driving job). Valid Florida Driver's License Must be at least 21 years of age to be hired, due to insurance regulations. Requires standing or walking for long periods of time Repetitive movement, bending, lifting, stooping, squatting Steel-Toed boots must be worn while working. Must have GPS enabled smart phone We will perform a pre-hire background check!
