Job Description
Clean grounds, trash on a daily basis
Trash out vacant units (furniture, cloths, trash)
Pressure wash exterior
Clean vacant apartment that are ready for move in
It is 1099 pay, you do not receive dedcution. Pay is weekly on Friday, our cut off day is Wednesday. Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, you get 1 hour lunch
