Mainly playing Classic Rock & Blues. Also some R&B & Country Rock. We have a nice rehearsal space and PA; and gigs in the works (including live stream shows). We are seasoned pro musicians looking for a like-minded keyboard player who is interested in and enjoys, playing good music with experienced musicians. My name is James, i’m 25 years old and ive been playing music for over 10 years in various bands. I’m looking for musicians to start a Country/Western outfit. I’m looking for guitar, bass, steel guitar/dobro, fiddle, piano and harmonica players. I may have a drummer already but drummers are all welcome to send a message. Shoot, you could even play banjo or mandolin if you wanted to. I play and sing old-school, so if you’re into country with rapping in it or anything with that kinda vibe, this isn’t for you. I’m 25, but I don’t really care how old you are as long as you can play and get along with everyone. Gotta be over 21 though. Playing a gig and don't want to do sound yourself? Have a small PA but want something with a little more volume? I am an aspiring sound engineer and can do live sound for your event. I have 7 years of experience mixing sound in all genres from jazz to rock to EDM to bluegrass. I can provide equipment or use yours; my equipment can handle any crowd size up to about 500 people. I am a rudimentary guitarist that uses alternate tunings to make noise. I'd like to start a rock band with someone preferably comfortable with working with different skill sets. My main influences are Sonic Youth (!), Nico, CAN, My Bloody Ive been playing on and off for a bit now...mainly off...lol. But Ive gotten serious the last 6 months and want to start jamming with other musicians and maybe eventually play out once I am good enough. I practice 1-4 hours a day, take online lessons, etc. I am mainly into all rock...anything from Tom Petty, Nirvana, Seether, Foo Fighters, Staind, Def Leppard, Green Day, Bon Jovi, Korn, Metallica, Chilli Peppers, Beatles, etc. With young kids, I cant help to have gotten into some pop stuff as well, I can play some Taylor Swift, etc LOL. I have an electric roland td17 with a roland amp. Willing to get a travel kit and eventually an acoustic for playing out.
