We are seeking PAINTERS and MAINTENANCE WORKERS. These are full-time positions (40 hours per week) that offers a good starting salary and benefits. The positions are located in the Chelsea area of Manhattan PAINTERS (2) - Experience with all different types of finishes Experience with Taping, Plaster, Cement, lime, and finish work and general labor as needed. MAINTENANCE - Experience changing locksets, deadbolts, door hinges, door closers, ballasts Framing, Sheetrock repair, general carpentry, demo, and general labor as needed.
