Facilities Operations at small senior living in Melrose
We are looking for someone who would be available for 15-20 hours per week to oversee minor maintenance needs of the home. A trustworthy and positive employee will maintain a peaceful, safe and caring environment for residents and other staff members.
Duties Include:
Removal of trash in all the residents’ rooms in the morning and dispose in the dumpster outside
Test water temperature and emergency lights weekly
Break down food delivery cardboard boxes
Keep inventory of all the paper products (in the paper storage room)
Stock closet with paper goods for the residents
Monitor maintenance log for minor maintenance issues
Circle the property for any concerns (limbs down, safety concerns, cracks in pavement, ripped carpet, light bulbs out etc)
