C. Wright Construction is currently looking to fill positions in both labor and CDL driving positions. We are a asphalt paving and excavation company and are looking for reliable, hard working individuals to join our team. We are starting employees out at $24.00 per hour and you will get to stay local to the Treasure Valley, we do not go out of state! We offer medical insurance after 60 days and pay 100% of the premium for employees, employees with a spouse and/or child(ren) can add them to their policy but will be responsible for their costs. We are looking for laborers to help on the ground. This entails checking road grade, setting stakes, running equipment such as a compacting roller, watering, and being handy with a shovel and broom. We are looking for laborers that have their CDL and tanker endorsement to operate and help move water trucks from job to job. We are also seeking to hire Class A CDL drivers to haul materials to/from jobsites and gravel pits. Materials include but are subject to change: gravel, dirt, x-out (haul off trash), asphalt, etc. We have belly dumps, end dumps, and transfer trucks.
