Here at Durable Roofing we have a flat roof installation crew, and also a standing seam steel slope roof installation crew. We currently are hiring installers for either crew. Our shop is located in Birnamwood WI and our job sites are generally within a 1.5 hr radius of that. Work experience can be very minimal. Must be willing to learn and work hard. It is outdoor work which exposes one to the beautiful pleasant weather days, and the hot/cold weather days. Must be able to enjoy the outdoors. Cannot be afraid of heights. Must be willing to be a team player with one common goal in view. We are a small family owned and managed business. It's our goal to build with the talents and character of any given individual employee that they might know fulfillment and prosperity of life. Roof work requires strength, endurance and determination. It is truly an essential service to our communities. If good roofs are not continually being installed and leaks stopped buildings will fall into disrepair and ruin.
