Must be able to lift to 30 lbs when needed must know how to pressure wash or willing to learn. must know how to sweep, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, clean common areas wipe down laundry room take out the trash, etc.
Pays 1500 a month. All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided to perform the job.
You must have your own transportation and be able to go to all 3 buildings, training will be provided. We have been in business for 15 years and know a good cleaner when we see him or she performs please do not waste our time we are only interested in someone who can perform the duties above.
