Learn about the physical and spiritual aspects of this traditional form of cheese making! Gwyneth Owen will present a brief overview of the history, science and craft of cheesemaking and will offer insights into how this traditional form of food preservation offers analogies based in nature for meditating on the workings of grace in the spiritual life, especially in the mystery of Christ’s Passion, Death and Resurrection. Fresh, hand-made cheese will be served. Participants will be limited to 25.
