Join Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and learn the art of chocolate tempering, and making chocolate bark, ganache, mousse & more! With the guidance of Escoffier Chef Instructor Megan Irvine learn the art of tempering dark and milk chocolate. In this class explore how to make chocolate bark in regional and seasonal flavors, prepare chocolate ganache, and create quick chocolate mousse and simple truffles. A chocolate lovers' dream come true! Menu: Tempered Chocolate Bark, Chocolate Cups, Quick Chocolate Mousse, and Simple Truffles Where will the class be delivered at? Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up. The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability. *It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather. Is there an age requirement? Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.
