Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is holding a culinary class to finesse your knife skills while discovering delish summer soups!
Join us and finesse your knife skills while preparing scrumptious summer soups with the help of Escoffier Chef Instructor Susan Yurish. In this class, learn knife cuts that are suitable for no-pureed cold soup and partake in adding appropriate garnishes. Chef Yurish will also showcase how to make crunchy crackers to pair perfectly with the summer soup spread.

What is the cancellation policy?
Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up.
The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability.
*It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement?
Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.
