Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is offering a pickling and canning class to take your preservation skills to the next level!
These are not your mama's pickles! With the guidance of Escoffier Chef Instructor Richard Jensen, you will take the preservation of the harvest to the next level. This class will overview proper sanitation tools and equipment for proper pickling. Chef Jensen will also go over knife cuts and produce that are suitable for canning.

What is the cancellation policy?
Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up.
The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability.
*It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement?
Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.
