Property is approximately 3/4 of an acre. I'm looking for all leaves to be removed, a section of my sprinklers to be repaired including the controller not seeming to work correctly, and general landscaping cleanup of the property. If you can only do one of those parts of the job (i.e. can do leaf removal but not the other 2), you should still reach out to me. I'm assuming approximately 20 man-hours of work at $20 an hour for $400 total. Depending on how good your work is, I will likely need your services again in the near future.
