RIDGEFIELD, CT — Ridgefield police on Wednesday were searching for a man missing since Nov. 1. Jerome Baskin, 81, is white with gray hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 7 inches and 195 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light blue, short-sleeve T-shirt, dark gray pants and slippers. Police issued a Silver Alert, which is a public notification system for missing people.
