Roof tear off and load

I need a couple of guys to help tear off a roof and load it. It's a 2 story 8/12 pitch. So someone with experience on a steep roof would be great. Then I have to load it so you haveto be able to carry a 65 to 70 lb bundle up a ladder at least 30 times. $20 an hour for tear off and 25 an hour for loading or 3.00 a bundle which ever works out to be more. This is for Friday and Saturday starting around 7am until dark. I have safety ropes and harnesses. If it works out could turn into other Jobs. Thanks
