*Update,see bottom* Well fellas, I certainly did not think this one through. A medicine ball and a ceiling are not the best combo.. Super thin plaster. There seems to be no insulation of any kind, no surprise there. The Impact noise is terrible in the building. I have an idea of how to fix it up nice but don't have the necessary skills to do it. I don't have a ton of money. Recovering from a brain Injury so I should stay off any ladders. Send me a message of your price. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays would be best to come over and work. Hoping to not break the bank on this, Hmu if your up for it and lets work out a price! Tell me a little bout what your thoughts are, supllies Id need. Thanks! *Measurements are about 8in long and 5in across. Its not punctured all the way through but dented in.*
