Supervisor Environmental Services University of Vermont Medical Center Burlington, VT Full-Time, Evenings External candidates are eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $5,000 (prorated for part time roles). The bonus will be paid out as a $1,000 pay adjustment after 6 months; the second installment of $2,000 will be paid out after 1 year; and the third installment of $2,000 will be paid after 2 years of employment, contingent upon completion of satisfactory service in Environmental Services. Please Note: Hours: Noon-8:30pm JOB DESCRIPTION: The ES Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical appearance and total Environment of Care. The Supervisor coordinates all routine and project assignments and activities for ES, maintains all schedules, training, evaluations and performance improvement plans. Meets with Department Managers regularly. The incumbent(s) achieves cost, quality and regulatory objectives while meeting FAHC'S strategic and operational objectives. EDUCATION: -Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
