Monarch Investment is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to join our team at The Hamptons at Coral Ridge Apartments in Coralville, IA. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal). Duties include, but not limited to maintaining of the lawns, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, interior and exterior hallways, or any other public areas as well as maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. At times may assist the maintenance team with tasks. Offering $12.00 - $14.00+ hour based on experience Equal Opportunity Employer
