I am looking for an insured handyman (or a house painter) with a ladder to fill with caulk various cracks and voids around the windows and trim boards of our house. Also need to caulk a small hairline crack on top of our chimney. The chimney side of the home is about 36 feet off the ground. Other sides are a much easier to reach. I will supply all materials and prefer to pay by the hour because we need a neat, thorough job. Guaranteed minimum 4 hours.
