This Symposium is designed for coffee lovers and those who have a passion to learn more about the coffee industry.
The Color of Coffee Collective is comprised of diverse and talented minority coffee growers, farmers, producers, roasters, artists, and coffee enthusiasts. Our mission is to educate people about the specialty coffee industry from a diverse perspective through symposiums, workshops, conferences, and open and honest conversations.
There will be various presenters and vendors that will allow participants great networking opportunities. Speakers will address subjects that addresses the needs of small to midsized café owners and roasters. Subjects such as roasting in house or outsourcing.
Between each session, door prizes will be given for the value of $10 off any purchase that is made with one of the vendors of the day. At the end of the event, there will be an announcement of a winner of some merchandise and cash prize.
