Yin Yoga w/ Reiki & Sound Healing June 26th at 6pm Hammonton Location: 218 B Bellevue Ave, Hammonton NJ 08037 Let Kathy and Ahmad take you on an interesting and meditative 90 minute journey with the sounds of the Singing Bowls while being guided into Yin positions to help better your deep connective tissues. Reiki will be added during the holding of the poses for whoever would like to opt in. $40/person (unlimited members receive discount). Must register in advance (space is limited). Suggested items to bring: Yoga mat, blocks, blanket (but all of these may be borrowed). Special events are not refundable unless A) the event is canceled or B) the spot can be replaced by someone on the waitlist.
