This free, family-oriented community event with fun activities for all ages will promote health and wellness. Your Best Life Festival will be in Seguin's downtown Central Park on Saturday, May 14, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. NAMI Guadalupe County has partnered with 30 local agencies, organizations and businesses to promote comprehensive health and wellness for all ages. Admission and activities are free. Find more information on the festival web page: namiguadalupecounty.org/festival Attendees will learn about community resources, financial planning, mental health, nutrition, physical fitness, safety and more. They can see jiu jitsu, tai chi and yoga demonstrations. Folks of all ages will enjoy coloring activities and a disc golf game. Kids will enjoy face painting, a bounce house and a petting zoo. People can grab a snack or lunch from food trucks by Chick-fil-A and Auntie Anne's Pretzels.
