Vermont and the world are facing the impacts of climate change. Join Cheryl Joy Lipton for her discussion about the 2022 Legislation and the VT CAP. This program is an overview of the bills from the Vermont 2022 Legislative Session that stemmed from the Vermont Climate Action Plan and will affect climate and biodiversity. Cheryl Joy Lipton, from Chester, VT, is an Ecologist and Landscape Designer, with her BLA from SUNY, ESF, and MS from Penn State.
