Six-Course Tasting Menu Paired with our Site-1 Beers This six-course, tasting menu style dinner places beer as the focus. Move course-by-couse through an eclectic lineup of beer styles, paired in collaboration between our brewers and chef to showcase the power of food and beer pairing. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a 4 oz pour of a different Site-1 Brewing beer, most of them our single-batch favorites, which our brewers will detail as they hit the table. Learn a bit about new creations, classic styles and the way they interact with your food! Details: Tuesday, May 10th @ 6 PM* $70/person - Includes food, beer pairings & gratuity. Guests can arrive any time after 5 PM and will be able to purchase cocktails, wine or beer before the dinner. Please call ahead if you would like to sit with guests who purchased tickets seperately. *Pictured menu is tentative and subject to change.
