**Assembly Technician** We are looking for a few motivated, skillful assembly technicians who will work with a team to support the PTFE tube installation of the gas monitoring systems in in a fabrication construction site environment. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS *High school diploma or equivalent required. *One year plus of assembly labor experience preferred. *Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure. *Basic skills required to accurately read drawings *Self-motivated and positive attitude *Attention to detail *A responsible person with great attendance GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES *Follows specifications or procedures for PTFE tube assemblies using drawings and work instructions *Cuts appropriate PTFE/Teflon tube material to length using proper tools. *Attaches end fittings to assemblies in accordance with blueprint *Operates all equipment in a safe manner and uses safe work habits. Maintain a safe and clean working environment including complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. *Conducts tests and inspections of products to evaluate quality and tolerance. *Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor. *Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks when necessary.
