We are an established, local tree care company servicing the North Scottsdale/Cave Creek/Phoenix areas. We are looking for a person to safely drive our dump truck/woodchipper to and from jobsites. No CDL license required. Clean driver's license required. Driving record will be checked by our insurance company. Truck is a 1996 Kodiak with a 25ft long hydraulic bed. Manual transmission. The wood chipper being pulled weighs around 4,000 lbs. It needs to be emptied at the local dump on a regular basis. In addition to driving, the person will be a ground person, working with the rest of our small crew. That job entails: -helping the tree climbers by pulling the brush from the ground and hauling it to the dump truck. -using the wood chipper to chip the brush into the dump truck. -bringing water and pruning gear to the climbers, as needed. -cleaning up the jobsite using rakes and blower. -being able to lift 50 lbs wood pieces. -being able to work full days in the summer heat. -Saturday work and overtime available, but not required. -must own their own cell phone and be able/willing to communicate with it.
