This class is suitable for all levels of participants (beginner-advanced). In Iyengar Yoga there is a focus on precision and alignment in each posture. Poses are typically held longer to increase the benefits of that pose. The use of props (provided, or bring your own) such as the chair, blankets, blocks, straps, rope wall, etc. help the student to achieve better alignment so they (1) can do the poses safely (2) can hold the poses longer (3) heal/protect an injured body part. $15 payable at class (cash, venmo, paypal).
