We're celebrating Mother's Day with a guided tour and a special toast out on our loggia!
Originally designed by the famous American architect Richard Morris Hunt for divorced playboy and horse lover Oliver Hazard Perry Belmont, the house went through a metamorphosis after he gave place to his second wife, the former Alva Vanderbilt!
See the careful restoration by the current owner, jewelry designer Carolyn Rafaelian, and marvel at the 13th century stained glass up in our baronial hall!
Our tour guides, David & Eric, have been haunting the halls of Belcourt since Carolyn bought it in 2012, soaking up the stories and the history and witnessing the restorative process firsthand.
And for Mother's Day, we're including some extra time to take in the beautiful view of our courtyard from the loggia, with a special toast to all of the moms!
The tours are 45-50 minutes long.
