I only have so many years left where I’m going to be this cute and I miss the attention. I liked the lack of pretense. The men were there to see my body and we all knew it. No one has to pretend or play social games. And I liked showing my body to people who really wanted to see it. It was an easy way to make people feel good. There was this one guest whom I’d like to dance for again. Him and all of his friends. It was a fun party. He’d remember me by Jewish curls.
