seeking painter - part time/weekend work OK

Seeking painter to paint rooms upon move out of senior housing assisted living facility in Pleasanton. Initially will have full time work for a few weeks (if desired) and then job will be part time on an as needed basis. I am open to either paying by the room or the hour. There are different room types but the most typical is 450 sf. consisting of two bedrooms, a corridor and a bathroom. There is white base board that also needs to be painted. Primer and two coats are ideal. I will supply the paint. You supply other materials. (If hourly, I can reimburse for other materials). Rooms to be painted will be vacant and unfurnished. Ceilings do not need to be painted. Just walls and base.
