We are a small family that needs some assistance!
We are pushing to have our house ready in the next 1-2 weeks to be ready to list for sale, and it's overwhelming for us alone.
NEEDED: A person (or two) that are SUPER organized and can help shuffle everything into well-labeled storage containers for our garage, as well as de-stashing and helping pack items for donation. You'll also be helping with some small cleaning items if possible (the hardwood floors need Murphys Oil Soap), very light stuff.
NOT "shove into boxes, done", but use some judgement and help us to rid of double, triple, quadruple or unneeded items. Who NEEDS 8 baking trays for cookies, anyway?!. The last crew we had a couple of years ago actually put all the Post-It Notes into a massive plastic box, and labeled it "Post-Its". We had mountains of unusable JUNK that we've been parsing out the past 2 years, and need help to continue the pare-down process.
We watched the Marie Kondo videos and well, we aren't "in love or spark joy" with MANY items, so there's that.
WHEN? Immediately- we both work hybrid home and offices, have one child in school who's on break this week helping us, but Roblox is So.Much.More.Enjoyable than cleaning a room full of books and Legos. We want to be 100% done and ready for our real estate agent to "stage, photo and list the home" as soon as April 29/ 30th.
