Bolt Mobility We are looking for fleet technicians to maintain our fleet of electric bikes in Richmond. This role is ideal for the mechanically-inclined and/or those interested in logistics/operations that want to broaden and build their career experiences in a highly flexible position. You can earn $300-$500 per week. Responsibilities: Maximize the number of operational vehicles in the fleet Bike deployment/reposition and full charge battery swap Operate a van to redistribute devices and bring them back to the warehouse as required Assist with all the type of repairs from a screw tightening to the most complicated electronic part replacement Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties Problem solve. Will need to spot issues and find creative ways to overcome obstacles that come your way Requirements: Some technical expertise in mechanics No certifications required Valid driver license and good Driving Record Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods Good knowledge of local area geography and street layout Very Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 70lbs on a frequent basis Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools Available to work ***Saturdays and Sundays*** Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success!
