We are looking for customer-service oriented candidates to join our team that are punctual, dependable, outgoing, polite, can work in a fast-paced environment, are self-starters, can work independently when needed, have positive attitudes, have problem solving skills, work well with a team and can adapt quickly to change. This is an entry level role, no experience is necessary, we will train you! We offer flexible schedules with plenty of opportunities for overtime. Hours vary and may involve late night and/or early morning events. Overtime is fairly regular and required in the high season. There is a temporary introductory period. Must be able to lift 35 + lbs. (no back issues), can sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time and work in all weather. This is a very physical job. We are ideally looking for someone with light commercial driving experience and a clean record. A CDL is not required, experience in event rental business a plus. Leadership or management experience also a plus. **Box truck driving experience with a clean driving record is a plus but not required. Event Managers will manage the staff at the events as well as run games as needed at events. They will make sure everything runs smoothly and everybody gets breaks. Drivers will drive the box trucks and vans to and from events, plus help load and unload trucks and run games. Driver must have at least a valid class C Driver’s License, with a clean and safe driving record. Drivers would have to pass a driving test with our General Manager. Drivers & event staff will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, securing loads safely, assisting with set-up and tear-down of equipment at events, running and managing games and equipment during events and clean up at end of event. Event managers and drivers will earn more than event staff. Event managers that are also drivers will earn the highest pay. Pay increases after introductory period depending on performance.
