Marlee is deaf and will need someone who is sensitive to this. But since when do cats listen to their people anyway? She does need to be an only child. She's pretty awful with other cats, probably because she can't hear them coming. Three or four years old. Fixed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, etc. The works!
