Hello, I manage our Studio at Rehearse America - Oakland. We need 1 to 2 people to join our studio. We have space for drum set, amps, guitars and keyboard. We are looking for an easy going person or people like our selves. Who can take care of each other's instruments and equipment. And who can communicate well with myself to let me know your needs. We have a secured room with a code pad lock. There are vending machines, bathrooms, free wifi, secured parking, and a security card. We have good times and days available. I receive rent online. We can make arrangements if necessary. We pay our rent on the 5th to the 7th. We are looking for people who want to jam and not use as a party spot. Only rule, no smoking in the studio, for everyone's safety in the building. We have a Google Calendar to show times and days we jam. Rent depends on how many people we have, and what a person can afford. This enables us to keep the Studio available to use over the last 11 years. Currently rent is $115.00 per person. We have a total of five people. I pay $140.00 to make things easiest for everyone else. If we where to have 6 people, rent would be $100.00 each. They have to be able to take care of everyone's instruments and equipment. They have to be someone you know or have an experience with. If they leave instruments or equipment, then they have to pay rent, and only if everyone is open to having more people join our studio; in example, do we have times and days available for them to jam. *We ask anyone who joins our Studio to be enable to give a two month notice before they leave. It takes time to look for another person or people to share our Studio. j
