What We Do We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and cooling systems. What you will DO! Job Summary: This position is responsible for following appropriate company procedures to ensure the delivery of essential equipment parts to the technicians, maintain appropriate levels of inventory, restock and reorder, as necessary. Efficient performance is essential to ensure effective use of time and resources. Specific Duties/Expectations: Expedite parts and check unused or returned parts back in at the conclusion of each job Conduct inventory on technician vans and shop Accurately update inventory information in company software system Restock technician vans and pick up paperwork for processing Deliver special order parts Facility maintenance Assembly of part trays for technicians Attend technician training as assigned Consulting customers/coworkers regarding the company, products, and services Other duties as directed by supervisor Requirements: Driver’s license in good standing within company guidelines for safe driving practices Must possess excellent communications skills Courteous and respectful behavior Be customer service oriented Must represent the company in a professional manner and appearance Adhere to company personnel policy and safety policy Attendance in accordance with corporate policy What We Offer Medical Insurance -- we pay 90% for your insurance premiums for health. Eligible to participate in our long-term disability program – fully funded by company. Dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability also available. Company paid Holiday time. PTO benefits per our plan starting at 80 hours of annual paid time off (accrued monthly). 401k Plan with a company match after first year. Relocation packages could be available for the right person.
