Cobabe Brothers Plumbing has an immediate need for qualified and reliable heavy equipment operator with plumbing experience to work on a project located in Marina, CA. We are also looking for an experience plumbing foreman. This is a new construction, ground up hotel. Position is expected to last approximately one month. Those with related plumbing experience may be asked to stay on for next phase. Applicants must have verifiable experience in the trade and must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years verifiable experience operating heavy equipment - Experience in the plumbing trade preferred - Must be reliable, responsible, and ready to work - Good communication and ability to take direction a must - Ability to read plans and specs a plus Equipment supplied, however will consider use of applicants equipment dependent upon rates.
