Painter - 1 years’ experience required We are currently seeking painters. Paint interiors and exteriors of managed properties. Commercial. Responsibilities: • Apply Stains, primer, or lacquer coatings manually • Sanding and cleaning material in between coats • Shade/Touch up finished materials to create equal color tone • Understand & enforce drying times for all products • Apply Glazing • Attention to detail and a high regard for quality • Excellent carpentry and hand tool skills • Cabinet Finisher should be dependable, organized, and clean. • Complete required paperwork and input necessary information. • Follow safety practices, policies and procedures.
