This course will cover the Duties of Licensees, Closing Costs, Agreements of Sale, Title Report, Zoning, Agency Relationships, and Environmental concerns. It is OK. Please understand that we prepare transcripts based on the registration name. If someone attends in someone else's place, then the transcript will not be prepared and we will mail that to you.
