PATCHOGUE, NY — Suffolk police detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying the man they say swiped about a $1,000 worth of tools from Home Depot in Patchogue last month. Police say the man walked off with the tools from the retailer's Gateway Boulevard store on March 13 at about 6:30 p.m., and then drove away in a white sport-utility vehicle. In an image taken from surveillance footage, the man can be seen wearing a light-colored Adidas hoodie and a dark-colored ski hat.
