ORANGE, CT — Police are warning residents that the department has received multiple reports recently of a black bear sighting in the area north of Derby Avenue between Orange Center and Racebrook roads, according to a post on the department's Facebook page. "Sightings were also reported yesterday in the Westville section of New Haven and the Johnson Road area of Woodbridge bordering the northeast corner of Orange," Orange police said.
