Hear from leading experts in the field, and the experts themselves on how to present your case at trial involving lab reports.
Join the MI Association of OWI Attorneys and the State Bar of Michigan's Cannabis Law Section for a Trial Skills Seminar and Workshop on THC Testing Reports and Experts at Michigan State University's Henry Center for Executive Development in Lansing.
Your ticket will provide not only the seminar and workshop, but also a continental breakfast service on both days, a full service lunch, and snacks and beverages throughout both days.
Our lineup includes the following:
Dr. Andreas Stolz will instruct on THC Lab Reports, and will be joined by Attorney Michael Nichols to demonstrate how to perform a direct examination of an expert such as Dr. Stolz.
Attorney Barton Morris will cover how to use the date from the MSP Blood on your marijuana blood test to your advantage.
Dr. Karl Ebner will cover the Pharmaco Dynamics of THC in the body and its active release under stress. He will also cover general impairment from THC.
Attorney Michael Komorn will train attendees on Daubert issues concerning lab reports.
Council and Board members will guide you through a workshop on Voir Dire specifically for THC driving.
You will also have the opportunity to workshop a real case and practice your cross of a lab tech.
